But the case that was thrown out wasn't whether or not he was guilty of assaulting the 50+ women who came forward, the case was defamation of character.

Chick says "he drugged me, he raped me."
Cosby says "she's lying."
She sues him for calling her a liar.

There are still three other defamation cases. And statute of limitations has been reached on sexual assault accusations, or he'd be in prison.

I'm not sure why so many people are letting this influence their view on Cliff Huxtable, who is a fictional character and not a rapist to my knowledge.
