veritas 01-21-2016 09:14 AM

Destroyer 01-21-2016 09:25 AM

I just don't want to hurt you anymore. I love yhou.

Tic 01-21-2016 09:44 AM

I just have one question: Where was the blood!?!?!!!

Resin M-I-C 01-21-2016 09:46 AM

there was more than enough evidence for reasonable doubt even if he did it or not

but

the two things that made me think that he's probably more insane than stupid is in the beginning 1. he threw a live cat into a bonfire and his excuse was being "young and stupid" .. 2. he ran down that girl he hated then pointed a gun at her face to scare her.

either way a murder in his hands was bound to happen

Destroyer 01-21-2016 09:50 AM

yeah, I don't know about dude's innocence
but the kid was clearly railroaded and both cases appeared to have more than enough reasonable doubt

i need a dick in my mouth 01-21-2016 12:45 PM

This show is boring af I hate it and I hate you

Destroyer 01-21-2016 12:50 PM

sounds like you need a dick in your mouth

Tic 01-21-2016 01:52 PM

How do you explain that syringe hole in the vile of blood, though?

Destroyer 01-21-2016 01:59 PM

I don't think that was very incriminating
I think they often load blood that way into those vacuum tubes
the broken seals were more damning to me

Greed 01-21-2016 05:56 PM

I was all for his innocence before seeing what they left out of the documentary.

We're talking about a man, who lost 18 years of his life for a crime he didn't commit. 18 years of building an uncontrollable rage and hate for humanity. He lost his wife and kids. He gets out, and his new girl goes in for a dui. He cant win.

Did you see the size of that scrap yard? He comes from money. This is a white privileged redneck whos been gravely wronged. He easily has it in him to do this. And an isolated area to do it.

I find the roomates suspect. The blood evidence was suspicious. But it feels like he was the only one who could have burned the body. The state already didnt have to worry about the 36 million payout they already settled on the half a mil. No one was going to be under fire for his jail stint. Not feeling the police cover up story.

He specifically requested her for the job of taking pictures, called her blocked a binch of times, yet unblocked around the time of the murder. Hes the most likely and reasonable suspect.

The nephews weight loss and crying episodes after the time of the murder is a perfect display of guilt. Only after admitting he was there did he retract his statement, after the burden was off his shoulders.

It is an interesting case to say the least.

Spoiler

That retarded nephew's "confession" shouldnt be admissible in court. I mean kid is clearly as sharp as a bowling ball. BUT he probably was there too. I don't know...when I first saw it I was all gung ho for their innocence, but now that the smoke's cleared...I think avery most likely did it.

uh-oh 01-21-2016 07:09 PM

Has anyone looked into the book that the kid mentioned? Id laugh if it had nothing to do with tying people up and raping them

The Dead Poet 01-21-2016 07:17 PM

I saw the movie. It did have that in it. So i'd assume the book was even more graphic...

Strikta 01-22-2016 01:30 AM

He did that shit.

Fart 01-22-2016 01:36 AM

What was left out of the doc tho?
Zero dna of her ever being there
only his dna on the key? which was also a single key on a key ring?
body was definitely not burned on his property
his blood in the car but no fingerprints or hair or any other dna
compromised dna test on a bullet found months later in his garage after like 20 searches
reasonable doubt like a mug
