Just started watching cuz of the Alamo bowl. But I got Lawler by close decision, possibly split. Not sold on Arlovski winning, his fight against Mir was one of the year's worst. Miocic hasn't been looking great either though. Gonna go with Arlovski by UD, Miocic doesn't have the KO power.

My boycott has zero to do with scoring/stoppages and everything to do with making the Women's Champion sit for a year so Dana can protect his broken cash cow.

I don't see how you can say Condit was robbed. It was a really, really close fight and the judging indicated that. If Lawler didn't do the damage he did in Round 5, it was easily going to Condit and we could have a new champ right now. He saved his belt in the 5th round when he knew he was down on the cards - that was an amazing performance. I'm a huge Condit fan and I think he did everything he could but Lawler is just so lethal with the hands. In any event, we got an amazing fight where both guys laid everything on the line and a rematch is definitely within the cards.

Now, Lorenz Larkin - there's a dude that got robbed last night.

Aldo doesn't get an immediate rematch but rousey and Cain do. I really don't like immediate rematches but I can understand having them in a really close fight or for a long reigning dominant champ like aldo. But Ronda and Cain got absolutely dominated.


And the way Dana hasnt done shit to promote holly or her victory is fucked up. Shes one of the most accomplished fighters ever and she just beat the golden girl. And she's prettier than ronda. He should be promoting the shit out of her.

Tbh Dana white is usually the first person to speak up when there's a robbery in the score cards. Plus Diode isn't even an mma dude, he just plays one on the internet

a) i didn't even watch this card. i don't care about score cards or anything related to them. most judging bodies are corrupt and awful and the promoters have zero control over them (see: IOC, FIFA, NCAA, etc.)
