Favorite albums of 2015?
I'm gonna listen to at least two from each person tbh. Thought this was a good year for music
My favorite was Dan Mangan + Blacksmith - Club Meds. More of an Alternative rock thing but it actually qualifies as 'alternative' while still being enjoyable http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VA3ZHqRi3U0 (if you just want a sample) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXDXaBu1-p0 The Internet - Ego Death (R&B/neo-soul) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cSlnd4YnmGI Christian Scott - Stretch Music http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6XhB9zIMDaM Also To Pimp a Butterfly and Sour Soul Hiatus Kaiyote gets an honorable mention What were your albums of the year? |

-Certain circa early 2015 to PancakeBrah "Sleater Kenney is a group that I quite enjoy whilst editoring all of my important articles that aren't MY TOPICAL VERSES BECAUSE I HATE NETCEES" -Certain circa later in 2015 You've sold out, man. |

I remember the Savages comment. You said something about Sleater Kinney as well. But what's the point in arguing? There is no point in arguing about this. I noticed you don't have Divers on your list.
That's weird. |

But tbh I didn't listen to a whole lot of new music this past year. |
I already fought for documentary 2 + 2.5 in the last thread. Still stand by it.
|
Trapsoul the other album of the year

plenty of stuff I'll listen to here I even liked Surf but there's no way it should be in someone's top 20. Loved like a third of the tracks tho Quote:

10. Countless mixtapes from various ppl
9. A$AP Rocky – At.Long.Last.A$AP 8. Joey Badass – B4.Da.$$ 7. Scarface - Deeply Rooted 6. Vince Staples – Summertime 06 5. Big K.R.I.T. – It’s Better This Way 4. The Game – The Documentary 2/2.5 3. Lupe Fiasco is for people who listen to J. Cole. And vice versa. Don't be one of those people.

Also, Trapsoul is imitation garbage. Listen to The Internet's Ego Death (which was close to my top 20) if that's the type of music you want. |
Downloaded that Jaime xx album based off your list and some other year ends. Not usually one for the beep boops but it's pretty good. 2-3 really great songs and the rest listenable to good.
