How do I attach a power cord plug to a fluorescent light?
 
I have light fixture, 3 prong grounded replacement cord, 2 pack snap in clamp connector

I have the same exact issue. If somebody can Google it or watch a Youtube tutorial and detail the process here it would be greatly appreciated.

put yourself between the power source and the object needing power

strip power cord and hold onto all the metal you can find

plug in

jump in tub

success.

Found someone irl to help

Now I need to understand how chain attachment to said light fixture is added. I've tried google already. I don't have enough patience for yt

First off the plug you have should be for the voltage your light puts

Other wise you will be picking your things out of ashes.

Second.

Just strip the plug and light cord until bare wire and connect them with
Electrical connecters. Wrap with electircal tape.
