What are you looking to gain from Nootropics? Memory gains? Concentration? The brain is so complicated we need to know more about the results you are looking for. Also have you had blood work done by a nutritionist? Sometimes solving vitamin deficiencies can have pretty drastic results on your cognitive capabilities.
