the pack was "Benda 500" and it was Mebendazole i took

it came in a plain brown envelope marked "supplement"

one pill in there

had it with a glass of water earlier this afternoon

hopefully thats the end of it!

i feel lighter/healthier already

treats all four diff types of worm, ringworm / threadworm etc

should be all clear!!!!
