operating a motor vehicle while using a cell phone.

thing is, i was looking at my navigation since i don't know where the hell i'm going

second thing is, i was at a red light.

third thing is i had to shit SO BAD worst timing ever i literally almost said fuck it while waiting for him to come back to the car

$138 is pretty stupid

can i fight this and get it thrown out easily? or will they just charge me more for being a dick

STEP 1- boof goes to court by people who have AIDS plaza or w/e it is

STEP 2- boof waits for a long time

STEP 3- boof: your honor, i have an explanation...

STEP 4- bored crooked judge - you get (usually) all/half of your ticket eliminated...next (yawn)
