So, I copped a Mazda RX-8

Diggin your agenda. But I find it hard to believe this was your best option.

For 1 - Mazda's suck.
For 2 - $16,500 PLUS finance charges, we'll say with 8-12% APR going to bring you up to about, what $20,000 - $22,000+.

I just think you should have picked something else up for that type of money. I would have stuck with Japanese for 16,500 bro... You could have gotten a nice HONDA, Nissan or even Subaru for that price - Better quality and nicer/more reliable vehicle for that much.

But the agenda is straight. I see you point... But at the same time, ^ above is something you could have saved a shit load ton of money and accomplished the same thing.

But like I said, good luck bro... Hopefully it all works out as plan for you man.

Chill Phil 09-27-2015 12:27 PM

Lol I actually got the Mazda at a Honda dealership. Lol.

I thought Mazda was Japanese. The car's in great shape, and I'm not gonna be putting thousands of miles on it within this next year. It's all about credit building.

Amen. 09-27-2015 12:29 PM

It is, just not of same quality as other Japanese vehicles.

Witty 09-27-2015 02:11 PM

Lies, it's a good car.

Chill Phil 09-27-2015 02:41 PM

I certainly hope so, I'm stuck with it for a year

YDK 09-27-2015 02:49 PM

Take care of it an shouldn't have any issues being that new and undriven.
Don't be floorin it all the time, change the oil, don't run it on empty etc
Mazdas ain't bad

It's been babied it's whole life. I'm gonna get an oil change next week.

Good looking out

YDK 09-27-2015 06:06 PM

No problem, newer cars are easy to take care of, its just common sense shit.
Definitely suggest full coverage insurance tho lol

Pzes 09-28-2015 02:54 AM

rotary indeed.

i'm more accustomed to car that have power on the low end of rpm's

this joint doesn't start kicking in until higher rpm's. it's cool, i wouldn't call it a beast though.

however the fuel economy on this thing is pretty horrible

Tic 09-28-2015 09:34 AM

Definitely not a beast lol...it's a cool car, though. Won't say anything more, congrats on the new pickup.
