No competitive class. Just personal lifting heavy at the gym for massive gainz and sloots keep mirin

On the low back extension machine i lift the whole stack with a 25 pound weight added to the pin for 12 reps, but other than that machine im just average

One time I did a tricep rope extension and rolled my sleeve up then I cried and ate a tub of Ben & Jerry's soaked in Jack Daniels while watching German MyFreeCam "actresses".

peaked at 205 standing shoulder press (limited after surgery), 335 bench, 500 dead, 395 squat (chronic groin issues limited me here) @ 5'10" 195

my mobility training is bjj

currently at 185lbs.
incline bench 225 for reps.
squat 335 for reps
dead 335 for reps
i really never maxed out.

today tho got a new lifting crew that goes hard.. currently will start training with them.

i used to to UFC fighting and bjj. but now i rarely have time.
