Speaking of armbars.. you think Rhonda Rousey has world class jiu jitsu or just world class judo & good grappling combined with a sick armbar that makes it seem like she does?

she doesn't have close to world class bjj. she is a blue by virtue of judo at best.

that being said, she has gotten a lot better in the past year.

word is her BJJ is legit. not surprising, lots of judo skills transfer nicely. it would be interesting to see her participate in a high-level tournament, which of course will never happen.

Generally women have a bigger lower body than men.. hips, butt, legs. Kinda goes along with the theory that if a man ever gave birth he would die lol. Ive seen on many occasions where a female has a rather petite upper body but when you get below the waist its comic book character-esque. Think its called "slim-thick". Anyways point is i always encourage women to take up jitz because of this reason, since it involves alot of hip movement/ positioning as its base core strength
