Starting a cut and doing insanity Still lifting 4-5 times a week but doing insanity 6x Any of u BROS done it? Shit is fuckin brutal. |

Yea, that shit is bonkers...
Especially if you bulking... I know a lot of peole who have successfully completed the entire thing... Me personally, I've tried it but was never consistent... Completed the 1st couple phases then stopped like an idiot but if you can get passed the 1st couple of phases, the rest shouldn't be that much more difficult... Consistency is key shit's legit and does work, tho good luck w/ that you fat piece of shit red neck |

My very first foray into becoming a non-fat fuck was P90x. I was still smoking cigarettes at the time and hadn't done real physical exercise since high school (was like 21). I puked after the first day and couldn't move the next. Fun times. Said fuck that and looked up weightlifting.
P90x/Insanity are known for snappin' your shit up. ALRIGHT GUYS LETS DO 40 PUSHUPS WHILE RUNNING IN HALF CIRCLES FOR A MINUTE. NOW PUNCH, KICK. BACKFLIP. GOOD NOW BEND YOUR SPINE TO A 90 DEGREE ANGLE AND SPIN AROUND LIKE A HELICOPTER. CALL THIS THE EXORCIST. GOT A GOOD SWEAT GOING NOW, HUH BUD.
