looking like straight up KoF Maximum Impact. like after XI was considered whack.. and XII was basically what we used to call an HD coat rack at the arcade, XIII dropped and was actually hella good.

Think they must be making a ps1 version for it or something smh. Should have stayed with the 2d sprites or just 2.5. I honestly thought they would go with the guilty gear approach but there goes me getting more in the franchise. I'm trying not to judge too early because I fucks with tekken and eventually I want my damn TekkenVsStreetfighter which I know will be 3d. Just don't know how they will do projectiles unless it ends up being more of a soul caliber type of gameplay. Shit looks horrible now tho.

I mean, Xrd uses 3D models, but they overlay cel shaded sprites on top and it looks really really good. I can't imagine SNK has less budget or less workers than ArcSys that could do the same thing.
