i'm reading battle royale by koushun takami.

you know where all the kids on an island murder eachother. kind of the same premise.

I wanna read that, I really loved the movie.

once you get past all the really similar-sounding japanese names and begin to actually identify different students its pretty great. the beginning was kind of a mindfuck for my american brain though.

I'll def get to it eventually. If not for you, I'll read it for NOBU!!!!!!!
