I don't think he's very intelligent, so since being progressive and deep and lyrically a genius is his "appeal" I can't really get into any of it

I liked some of his stuff when he was K.Dot but even that was just average

I think he is very intelligent.

Because he raps about current racial events and the inner workings of life?

Listen to his old stuff and his new stuff

He's just banking on using mediocre rhyme schemes with a solid flow and unique approach/voice to capitalize on that shit

Is he an original artist? Yes. Still a bore fest.
