list what you guys do that doesn't involve other humans IRL

the boredom i've been experiencing of late is making me rethink my stance on keeping myself from the society i know of dirt people, drugs and debauchery.

here is an example of what i'm looking for in regards to responses to this thread.

OH HEY UH-OH, ITS ME UH-OH. what i like to do when i have nowhere to be and nothing to do is make beats, and by make beats i mean lay down simple dope patterns that never become finished beats before i close out without saving. i alternate that with playing pc games like atilla total war and other random grand strategy attention keeping games. when that gets boring i browse the internet on sites like netcees and pr, that obviously only takes a grand total of 3 minutes tho so then im searching youtube and netflix for comedy and nonsense. by then hopefully i won't be disgusted by beats and i restart the cycle with renewed vigor. this is all fueled by coffee weed and hawaiian punch and pizza rolls

the studio has been a great companion. and i find myself in there a lot more than ever working on new shit everyday. i guess your burnt out from that though

men work for a living and have no need of it.

and word geno i mean i think part of the problem is accessability. im sitting at my studio right now. i just swivel my chair to the left and i'm in front of everything i need music wise. since i open and mess with it at least once a day, its whatever any more. the main thing is samples tho, im always looking for something good enough to actually inspire me to make it something complete, and i've gotten to the point where everything good enough has already been done. so i try and come at it from weird angles, and get uninspired along the way.

literally me making beats anymore, is i lay down a dope drum loop. this takes me the most time. picking sounds that match, adjusting velocity and panning to make it breathe and feel real and not computerised, and then i chop up samples, and just play along with the drums for like 20 minutes until my ears are beat down and i close out. i dont record anything i just play around with it waiting to trigger the right sequence of chops i like enough to record it.

im honestly to self critical. half the shit i throwaway alot of people would like. but im trying to be great, not just an average internet beatmaker

I enjoy all types of art projects...drawing, painting, sculpting, graffiti, etc etc etc.

I like to build my own furniture.

I like to collect action figures, anything that reminds me of my childhood.

I also have a sick vintage videogames collection.

I'm also into coffees and hot teas and lots of non-American beer.

I also enjoy porn, especially amateur porn with chicks that are way better than the pros.

Also Cajun food, anything creole and with some crawfish. Cajun food da gawd.
