OKAY, SO I CAN'T LIFT A WHOLE LOT, MOSTLY BEEN FUCKING WITH THE CONVERGING PRESS/ROTARY PRESS/TRICEP EXTENSIONS ETC ALONG WITH ROWING/TREADMILL/CROSS TRAINER/STEPPER ETC WALKED 4 MILE ON TOP OF THAT SHIT AFTER THE GYM YESTERDAY TOO I GOT MY WEIGHT RIGHT THE WAY DOWN TO LIKE 14" 3' AS OF LAST SAT, FROM 15 1/2 STONE... i get married the 28th, two weeks tomorrow here been tryna shift some of that gut for the wedding pics etc hahaha i really enjoy it though, feel healthier, stronger, more motivated.. i plan on sticking with it after the wedding too then working on strength etc |
What do you plan on doing with all that weight lifting or whatever you're doing? Study some Flip martial arts and quit wasting your time on earth bruv. Friendly advice my mortician ninja.

shit man, when i work out -its all calistetics and isometrics
all i need is a pull up bar asside from my own body thats the best upper body strength workout you can provide yourself is pull ups i do those, pushups, crunches and sittups i have a curl bar also. which i do uprite rows and curls with. as well as shoulder workouts a month of that and im a mean mother fucking machine. just been lazy a while. im about to find a pic of me about a year and a half ago though. brb stay tuned for one cut up mother fucker i was boney strong!!!!!! muahahah |
