Why does your boss want you take a psychological/personality test? Is it something everyone at your workplace got to do, or just you?

Me and one other coworker. We're the only two inspectors he has, and he wants to hire people who have similar personalities to mine and hers.

That's a pretty dope compliment. However, if you feel the test is intrusive and your boss is not a dick you could try to talking to him about not taking it?
