So that decision to not indite the cop who killed Eric Garner...

wtf

Diode 12-04-2014 12:59 AM

indict

and yes.

Badweather 12-04-2014 01:00 AM

you've gotta consider the very real fact that you weren't in the court room. it's up to the jury, which is always randomly selected, and listen to both sides.

not too long ago i watched an oj simpson documentary, which a person present at the trial appeared on and said and i quote "anybody who was present in the court room would have known that oj didn't do it." and i won't lie, based on HOW the news reported on it, up until i saw that documentary i just KNEW oj did it.

it's simple shit my dude. Helter Skelter is in full swing. for whatever reason, the media is fighting tooth and nail to maintain a racial divide along with pumping doses of fear and sprinkling in some fluff stories. violent crimes in america have actually dropped a considerable amount over the past twenty years statistically, but turn on the news and what do you see? murder, rape, kidnappings, a dog that can walk solely on it's hind legs, oil spills, terrorists, sink holes, super stores that were hacked, taxi drivers who're illegal immigrants, and a little white girl who saved enough nickels to buy her mom flowers for mother's day.

lmao. just watch the news with the volume on mute and see how they're feeding you very carefully selected sensational stories. Niggas get shot by cops who don't get punished EVERY DAY. what the news does every 6 hours is like a played ass name flip, brah.

lololololol

Fart 12-04-2014 01:20 AM

how else are they going to fear monger the US into justified martial law

lololololol

there is video of every step of what happened in eric garner's murder.

the autopsy ruled it a homicide.

there is no dispute or other side of the story as with ferguson.

this is awful in every single possible way.

Bodey 12-04-2014 02:42 AM

How much power are we going to give cops. Yes, there's still a huge racial bias lingering over this country, but the media is also using that as a catalyst to distract and/or fuel the people. I've been takin a step back lately an this all seems to be about power/control. Why is it okay to shoot without asking questions, that it was okay because you assume a 12 yr old is a 20 yr old, why is this behavior being accepted. Why are half the people on my newsfeed on fb rooting for murder or responding in the most tasteless inhumane ways. I'm startin to get repulsed by this shit

Ghost1 12-04-2014 05:31 AM

Ya must got more time on ur hands then me to be able to follow these soap operas and actually care.

Glossy Finish Dick Lips 12-04-2014 06:44 AM

dude died because of his health issues.

he was obese and had asthma.

autopsy confirmed he did not die because of choke hold.

there was no damage what so ever to his "wind pipe".

regardless of all that, horrible decision by the grand jury. they have just created a lot of problems for law enforcement.

Sharp 12-04-2014 06:50 AM

Damn my spelling

Didn't the autopsy rule his death a homicide and say the position he was held in/chest compression is what killed him?

Glossy Finish Dick Lips 12-04-2014 06:55 AM

yea... they are also saying his obesity and "asthma" are the root cause of his death.

which is why the officer was not indict.

Tic 12-04-2014 08:10 AM

Horrible.

uh-oh 12-04-2014 08:36 AM

OJ DID IT

Thats fucked tbh. Hopefully that DOJ investigation is a little better

uh-oh 12-04-2014 08:52 AM

thats stupid.

his obesity and asthma wouldnt have killed him if he wasnt getting strangled to death.

Destroyer 12-04-2014 09:06 AM

dude was choked to death
only person arrested was the guy who filmed it
shit ain't right

yea... plus the fact that no damage was found in regards to his "wind pipe" and esophagus helped the jury make such a ridiculous decision.

I'd have to say, this is worth rioting over, not the mike brown shit, imo.

I agree @Sharp Nine - judicial agendas are fucked.

StarFaggot 12-04-2014 09:14 AM

When Eric Garner said I can't breathe and they proceeded to mush his face in the sidewalk that is problematic. This doesn't have to be racial it's about decency.

Glossy Finish Dick Lips 12-04-2014 09:19 AM

I'd say it's more about protocol not being followed.

more so, accountability.

law enforcement are not being held accountable for these types of actions which send out an "untouchable" morale and ego to the rest of those who are employed in the law enforcement field.

this shits got to come to an end or I can definitely see a modern civil war.

Destroyer 12-04-2014 09:20 AM

so much more would have to happen for a modern "civil war"
this shit happens all the time and people do nothing man

Glossy Finish Dick Lips 12-04-2014 09:23 AM

rioting is just the beginning man.

I think the media is hyping shit up for a reason.

I also think civilians have had enough of the shit already.

but yea, I guess a lot more would have to be done but I do see a civil war sometime in the near future man... shits getting ugly.
