Can we fix this issue? Battles should be up sooner. Maybe if their tied at closing time next vote wins, or the first to have reached 5 votes wins.

They should be up sooner. This thread was from yesterday. I try to be fair and stick to win by 2 but even if next vote wins they're still tied
