Wasta


My eyes opened wide, looking towards the tunnel of light
slowly moving forward, my soul slowly running from life,
the gates come into sight, them bearing the message:
'All my children welcome, for this is the entrance to heaven'
i began losing my breath for a second, thinkin it through
.. while realising everything i learnt about religion, is true
so i continued to move, slowly crossed through the gates
my clothes turning to a white, that only god could create
i stopped and i gazed, just watching the astounding miracle
seeing fields of happy souls, where not a frown is visable
no more bound with physical, roses are blossoming proud
joy becomes everlasting in this utopia, on top of the clouds..


A majestic feeling encaptures me, and not a burden blights
i suck the fresh air to my lungs, the feeling of eternal life..
knowing i'm lucky, to be witnessing such a perfect sight,
espcaping the jaws of a firey hell, while being burnt alive,
lucky to be re-embersed with light, that turns so bright..
shining over the fields and lakes, without hurtin my eyes,
a second birth of my life, all my sins relased and removed
those who starved on earth, can now feasting on fruit
their whole being is new, while birds soar, some are flyin and..
..if you hold your palm out flat, a colouful butterfly'll land
nothing slides you back, it's as if your move free as a dove
and darkness is pardoned in this garden of eden above,
and a feeling of love, encaptures me as evil risks no fear..
then i stop & think about those people ive missed for years..
