I own a VPS now. It is very expensive and very stable. It is also mine to do whatever I want with, it is not a hosted solution.

PR spent a year in Russia because the DMCA notices got me kicked off of Hostgator. NCs has a legit license, not that it matters, as vBulletin has abandoned PirateReports and takedowns in general as the new owners circle the drain.

Anyway, if you want children who will ban people over being mean to admins, have no idea how to maintain the backend, and can't manage or implement any new features, hand it to a luddite.

I would have nothing to do with NCs besides paying the bills, keeping it secure and updated, and ensuring the right people are in charge (e.g. Broke, Certain, etc.)

I have run all my sites hands-off for several years now unless something needs to be done.
