Percy Harvin traded
To the jets For a conditional mid round pick
Lmao.. Whut?? |
traded to the jets
|
lol i don't believe this
bad for both teams...mid round pick though went did the 49ers front office start working for the seahawks |
Locker room cancer perhaps?
Only way it makes sense? Or concussed so many times they r starting to see symptoms of encelopathy |
he's a gimmick anyway
Won't do shit with geno throwing the ball |
wow. I have to strongly disagree with Art. its a phenomenal trade for the Jets. they are lacking any type of offensive weapons besides Decker. if you keyed up on him with your top corner and stacked the box, the Jets were literally out of options and completely incapable of moving the ball.
this gives them another dimension. a true playmaker that they have been lacking forever. it will help Geno tremendously. when he is in trouble a short two yard pass to harvin could go the distance at any moment. ofcourse im a giants fan and hate the jets. and they will still suck. but its actually suprising to see them make a move. jet fans were starting to think that the GM Idzik was sabotaging Rex Ryan in an attempt to make his departure more palpable |
rex ryan can do enough sabotaging on his own yo
the ryans were never meant to be head coaches |
lmfao
|
I agree. they are defensive coordinators , rex is so detached from the offense that he rarely even knows what is going on at any given moment when his team has the ball.
he has coordinators calling timeouts while his team is throwing winning touchdowns and he is like ummm ya I don't know what happened |
Percy Harvin is ridiculously overpriced for his production.
|
He's a concussion away from his career being over

i loved rex when he was with the ravens. A+ d-line coach. solid A defensive coordinator coach. D+ head coach i was too young for buddy ryan, but i know he was a hooligan when it came to defense (4-6) and i know he did nothing other than destroy a kicker as a head coach in philly lol but word im sure rob ryan would be a shitty head coach as well. they're fat defensive masterminds tho. robs looking bad with the bummy saints tho but give him a team with talent and he'll produce a top 5 d |
Rex Ryan's a pretty good coach.
His teams constantly overachieved and won big games against better teams (Patriots in the playoffs as an example) until the law of averages/regression to the mean put them in their place. They've never had the offensive talent to be a + team in that regard. He's a top 16 coach. Also this trade makes sense for both sides and represents a pretty smart decision by Seattle's management. Huge salary for iffy production/injury history. They had a SuperBowl season without him for the most part. They aren't the same team as last year and probably needed him more this year but he's a luxury option. If he's what makes or breaks them they've got bigger problems to deal with. And they might. The Jets are smart to take on that risk because they're desperate for some offensive power. I like it for both sides. |
I know they could have squeezed at least 2 picks for him though
at least two |
His market isn't the same as it was when Seattle acquired him. Percy was basically the best position player in football when healthy the season before he was traded. He's older with a continued injury history and higher cap number. NFL's cut throat.
Also, Seattle team sources are saying Percy actively wanted out of Seattle. Which seems pretty obvious now. |
I think I saw NFL network show that Percy harvin in his 21 games in Seattle has 150 recieving yards.
Yeah no thanks. |
So the real question is
What does this do to his fantasy value moving forward? |

Apparently Harvin gave Golden Tate a black eye and is a horrible locker room guy.
