Ha. About remixing the Fame beat? I can try... but, I don’t know what piano sample/synth they used, so would be tough. I usually just sample obscure vinyl and stuff, and I doubt I can get that beat without drums to chop it up. The piano in here only sounded like METHOD man by total coincidence.

I didn’t actually hear a similarity at all until Blue pointed it out. I thought it sounded vaguely Wu like, but I wouldn’t have claimed it to resemble anything RzA had done. Certainly nowhere near that level. But, I re-listened to METHOD Man after he posted it, and I can hear some similarities. Pretty cool stuff.

At the end of the day, I’m just glad some folks dig it. I only do this shit as a hobby, so it’s cool to know anyone’s feeling it, ya know.
