at the 46 minuteish mark i flesh the last one out a bit. just a 4 bar loop but i actually go in the mixer and shit. but word prior to that its mainly just playing around with different drum arrangements and randomly throwing loops/chops over them

i'll try and do more of these. whenever im bored and wanna mess with stuff. but this is the problem with my process as well. lol. since i've chopped so much stuff up over the years, finding new shit is annoying. but if i chopped something up, and didn't make a finished beat there was a reason for it. i didn't have enough to make it a full beat or blah blah.

whether im making some new shit or just playing around like this i'll just screen record it. been meaning to do shit like this for awhile but every screen recorded i tried using couldn't get audio too. since i use interfaces and shit, stereo mix never worked, but this grabbed it well.

i also need to get a sony sound forge 8 keygen. im out of the cracked apps world. i'd just use edison but i got a legit copy of FL, and it doesn't include use of edison without upgrading, and after so long of using cracked/free copies i feel like a nerd dropping 100-300 for features ive used for free forever

the only two things i can't do in the version of FL that came with the akai fire, is loading audio files directly into the playlist, and using edison. the audio files ain't that much of a problem, but i did like to automate filtered bass in the playlist before, but i can do it all in the step sequencer too. just different.

so if i can get sound forge working im straight. its just version 8 is like 15 years old so the keygens and shit im finding ain't working. i could get a later version to work probably but remember not using them for some specific reason annd sticking with 8.

sony sound forge 9,10, & 11 are on audionews.ru. but not 8.

I've been using SF10 for a long time now. It does everything you need it to. It's on piratebay just redownloaded it the other day.
