I feel you, frank. To be clear, this isn't for weight loss - I have an active lifestyle and am in good shape. This is more for internal health; joint aches and inflammation, heart health, colon health, etc.
So far I mostly eat veggies, with eggs in the morning and meat/veggie stirfry in the evening, def doesn't feel like an excessive amount of protein. The biggest part for me is cutting out the wheat and gluten products, since supposedly that's the stuff behind my joint pain and body aches. I'll def look into it more, though. |
