i didn't think it was going to happen just because i figured there was no way that skinny little bitch is going to be able to haul the gimp around every day...but lo and behold.

Destroyer 05-23-2016 12:21 AM

~RustyGunZ~ 05-23-2016 01:03 AM

Dominate 05-23-2016 06:55 AM

uh-oh 05-23-2016 07:01 AM

can you put a GoT spoilerish in the title?

its not been outright spoiled but enough within the first few posts that i aborted the thread immediately.

i got up early today to watch it so i wouldnt have it spoiled on twitter/facebook on my lunchbreak. dope episode

Batty 05-23-2016 09:21 AM

Yeah bros, that was an emotional scene fr fr.

That dead army moves fast as hell too, old girl better jump on Bran and ride him like a Jamaican bobsled down the biggest slope ever.

Orc 05-23-2016 09:37 AM

brilliant writing

PancakeBrah 05-23-2016 01:24 PM

How they gonna finish the Tower of Joy scene tho. Is Bran just dope now, dope enough to see it himself. So many questions.

millz 05-23-2016 03:50 PM

That episode was soooo depressing. Smh

I have a gut feeling that good ole Benjin Stark is gonna be making an appearance to save them. Possibly is the man on a horse with the fire mace from the second trailer?

I'd imagine that will be taking place next week along with some more Tower of Joy sequences with maybe the full reveal episode 9?

can you link the second trailer?

also i think benjen is dead. only because everyone thinks he's still alive.

also i forget, was the guy riding the elk in the show? or just the books? the one who commanded the ravens and saved bran and brought him to the tree dude? i don't remember him in the show.

they leave out so much it kind of sucks. not because its not as good, but because its gonna make the new book less good if that makes sense. but its still easily dope enough for me to watch it every week and spoil the books for myself

but i can't help but think young griff is gonna do nothing since he isnt in the show. stuff like that. dope side plots that are integral to the books but not in the show at all. victarion. all them dudes

1:19 into the trailer. The guy in the book was called "Cold Hands" but he's not going to be in the show. Im almost positive that next week you will see Benjin Stark save them. They mention and hint towards it sooooooo many times that it doesn't make sense. There has to be a reason.

Also i don't think Griff will amount to much in the books. I think he will be a character used to get our hopes up and then is brutally killed off.

The 3 Headed Dragon prophecy has 2 riders... Daenerys, Jon "Snow"... I believe that Tyrion is the 3rd. I don't believe that he is a Lannister at all. I think he's the bastard of the Mad King. For lots of reasons. The mention in the book that the Mad King had his way with Tywins wife and did as he pleased. Which would make sense as to Tywins "desire" to kill what he believed were the Targeryan babies. Also in the books Tyrion is described as having pale blonde hair, as opposed to the golden blonde/green eyes of all the other Lannister's. Plus Tyrion being described as a monster/born deformed/being a dwarf. Not really a common trait of the Lannister blood line, but it actually is a trait of the Targaryen bloodline. The story of Dany's baby having scales wasn't exclusive to her. It was actually something that happened to numerous Targaryen children through the ages. I believe Tywin knew this, but didn't want to bring shame on his family name. It could be part of his hatred of Tyrion since his birth(Almost in the same way that Catelyn Stark hated Jon Snow.
). Which only became more paramount to tolerate as Jamie and Cersei's relationship unfolded in front of Tywin. He was not an idiot, and had to of known about their relationship and bastards. So that leaves Tyrion as the best option for giving him an "heir" even if it was tainted.

I also think there is a unique bond, for lack of better words, between the White Walkers and the Starks. The Nights King is believed to have been a Stark, who was also the 13th Lord Commander of the Watch. Not to mention the uniqueness the Starks seem to have in Westeros with Warging abilities, greenseer abilities and the like. I think this connection will come into play, or the existences on the all the dire wolves would really be a waste. Even though they are frequently killed off I have to believe there is some sort of importance to them.

i don't remember them hinting at benjen at all lol. i mean they mention he went north of the wall and never came back, but he's a stark, brother to ned etc of course they would mention him. i just think it would be stupid if he somehow survived up there by himself. it would need to make some type of sense.

i agree with the tyrion thing btw. tywin always said he is not his son. which is interpreted as him just not liking him/wanting him as an heir. but in reality he's just flat out saying it lol. he also has a violet eye in the book, so dark its black. targaryens have violet eyes and the white hair.

i also don't understand the direwolves. its made to be a big thing in the beginning yet they are all getting murked, only bran has outright warged, maybe jon too i forget.

everyone forgets about arya's wolf though. in the books last i remembered she was having those dreams where she was a giant she wolf leading a super pack of wolves killing lannister men and soldiers and shit. which was most likely her warging in her sleep into her wolf she chased off after it attacked joffrey. that was so long ago and they havent touched on it in any way i remember though

in the sample chapter on martins website arianne martel is going to meet young griff, and he's already marching an army on storms end

it could be suicide but who knows in the books he might conquer the seven kingdoms and then the others finally somehow break through the wall and kill him lmao, then dany finally gets her shit together with jon and tyrion and they burn the continent to the ground

but yea i've looked into the nights king and all that. i dont know how any of its gonna play out.

uh-oh 05-23-2016 07:46 PM

could be, but 5 episodes in and it hasn't happened yet, and it appears to be something happening North of the Wall... they have also made a shit ton of references to Benjin Stark in those episodes and in the clips that run before episodes...just wait

millz 05-23-2016 07:57 PM

and by my count Nymeria and Ghost are the only dire wolves left

And i highly doubt it is "anything" for the same reason that they tossed in the clip of the Tower of Joy in the trailer as well. It's hardly by accident

But my dude Hodor was on some KRS steez, like "Officer...officer...officer, officer, overcer, oversir, Overseer, hodor!"
