  JULY 14TH, 2019 @ 11:59 PM PST.
  Check Ins are not due this round, as there are officially no more replacements.
  Battles that lack votes may close later.
  One sided battles may get closed early.
  Extensions are normally 24 hours
  (unless requested otherwise, that is),
  can be no longer than 48 hours
  and have to be granted by your opponent.
  
  
  Line Limit:
  Min. = 12 lines
  Max. = 20 lines
  The max. can be higher if different is agreed upon by both. If no line agreement is made you CANNOT go above 20 lines
  
  General Rules:
  1st person to post can't edit after the 2nd person posts.
  2nd person to post can't edit after a vote has been made.
  Feeding = DQ.
  Recycling = DQ.
  Biting = DQ.
  No freeposting, swaying or bitching.
  Unless a picture battle is agreed upon,
  linking to your opponent's picture or posting it
  means you will disqualified.
  Competitors should agree on a line limit in their check in.
  If no line limit is agreed on, then the 2nd person to post
  must match the 1st person's line amount.

Decent battle here, both came with a pretty basic style verse with some old school punching. Blue had LOTB with amen line but Des was more consistent throughout.

i got 3 solid lands from blue and two from destro, i got blue edging this one out. Seen better from both guys. Was hoping to see the destro from the hush battle-esque kind of drop. Both had a really corny bar that was a blatant miss and the others were light shots. I liked destros Lars/answer bar and Blues never place in a tourney. Its just a matter of preference. I felt Blue has a better way of wording punches to attack then des does. Might be because its his life legacy writing Ballads in punchline format.

I'm 100% sure I saw someone do a 3:10 to yuma bar on nc a few years back. If I recall, they went the gun route, so I think it's just a case of 2 people coming up with the same concept, but I can't really rate a bar highly when I can vividly recall seeing it before. 6/10

I like this. If I'm nitpicking, calling your 3rd child your number 3 seed is a bit of a reach, but I thought it was worded well and tied into the personal. It lands fairly effectively imo. 8/10

I can tell you made a conscious effort wording this to work on both ways, but it comes off a bit clunky. It's like a car, it runs fine for getting from destination A to B, but it's not the smoothest thing in the world. 7/10
