The 35 sit ups in 1 minute Park Ranger Challenge
Inspired by our very own Yellowstone Park Ranger @Zunto
The premise is simple. 35 sit ups in one minute. Hands must be interlocked behind the head and elbows finish above the knee. I know what you’re thinking. Why does he need 35 sit ups to round up Moose and Deer. I’m not so sure either. Apparently a strong core is vital. Post your vids best time and technique gets an accomp as chosen by Zunto God speed |
