I don't know if I am a fan of his him as I have never listened to his him but I will listen to his him and let you know my feelings towards his him's music.

I liked The Healing Component but not as much as Wave[s] or The Water[s]. It's much smoother. If Chance The Rapper keeps getting more spastic, Mick Jenkins is trending toward being generic. The Isaiah Rashad comparison is apt.
