Aye Veritas

Professional question

Is there a name officially for someone that uses the mindset of “there isn’t a way to prove my point right, but for the same reason you can’t prove your point right, so I am right” in almost everything they argue?

Not in regards to anyone here, someone I know personally lol

Basically two wrongs make me right lmao
@Diode has minored in almost everything so he might have some insight as well

And @Sharp has a degree ABOVE the line so also calling upon him

He is

Well wasn’t but now “isn’t” still, just gets their side now. But not a supporter. Just like, a supporter of the same stuff.

He does it about non political shit too though

veritas 10-24-2018 01:11 PM

A strictly professional term, no, not to my knowledge.

Would be worth inventing one though.

Amen 10-24-2018 01:12 PM

You asked for the name, I gave you it LOL.

I wasn't asking whether or not he supported Trump, Knuck lol.

veritas 10-24-2018 01:12 PM

You see this phenomenon with the Creationsim vs evolution debates. Maybe the term in nestled in that literature?

veritas 10-24-2018 01:20 PM

Perhaps the law of non-contradiction? Although that it is more philosophical than psychological.

I.e how can we have essentially the same stance but you are wrong and I am right ? That is a contradiction and thus violates truth and reason?

Destroyer 10-24-2018 01:24 PM

Bro don’t start acting like you care about reason now
