anybody here use a movie pass? i have a movie pass subscription at my cinema since November and I recently decided to check some data and I average about watching 4-5 movies a month, which is pretty much every weekend one movie. Not bad considering a pass costs me 17 bucks a month. and a single movie ticket over here is about 10 bucks.

Seems like a great deal monetarily but nothing much in cinema intrigues me much ... Especially last 5 years I'm thinking

I got it. Mines only $9.95/mo though. And new customerscan get a year pass for around $84 which averages out to about $7/mo. But yeah its dope. I just dont get to go to the theatre much due to time. But when i have down time i'll go as often as everyday with it.

Nah not 17/film ..17 a month for unlimited(sort of) use.
Technically u can only use it ever 24 hours.

im not a movie guy but since i heard about these they make too much sense

i guess it works for the theatres too though, whatever they are losing in overpriced ticket sales they make up for in over priced concessions since people are there more often

^^^ no doubt. Almost $15 for a soda and popcorn and i think thats just med size. Tbh even w/ Moviepass i only buy consessions if i go on a Tuesday i believe the drinks/popcorn are all between $2-$4 which is super reasonable.

it's unlimited over here tho, you can literally go to a movie at 1 that finishes at 3pm and watch the next flick. I never did tho.

Not gonna lie, having a moviepass does give me the chance to walk out of a movie without feeling I wasted my money on it.

Havnt you ever heaed of putlocker or solar movies. Or 123movies? Smh. What a waste

The quality is ass on most new releases though. I like getting the cinema experience without the hiked cinema price. If i go 1 time a month i get my money back, if i go 2 or more I am milking the system.

I only did this once and it was during The Revenant. I'm not even kidding, can't even rewatch that movie without the smell of falafel and chicken. Dutch people are pussies tbh they'd look at you weird but won't say shit
