WRATH 06-04-2018 06:14 AM

Played it regular and it was next level

El Muffin 06-04-2018 06:21 AM

Took me forever to figure out how to get the shotgun

uh-oh 06-04-2018 06:35 AM

im sure its dope. one of the letdowns after buying the vive was realizing this was ps4 exclusive

fight through the motion sickness. you'll get "sea legs" and wonder why no one isn't constantly talking about how dope vr is

Geno 06-04-2018 06:55 AM

So are you suggesting i dont buy it? I tried it once at a homies crib woth GTsport and it was dope. Felt like.i was at the race for real.

How much is it? I hear it’s next level playing the RE7 on the VR

Geno 06-04-2018 07:53 AM

Down to.200 for just the headset and camera.
Upwards for.bundles anywhwre from 300.to over a stack depending on the bundle.you cop. Ill either drop.300 or.200 depending on the game that comes in the bundle. Idk. Most likely.just buy re7 and the basic vr set tbh. Shit went down from 400.00 though not that long ago.

So the most high expensiver you go it’s better?

Invest that money in to stocks.

uh-oh 06-04-2018 09:44 AM

Id buy it. I havent done PSVR but VR in general is the shit. With any luck you are in the minority of people who wont get motion sickness. I got it bad, but i fought through it and dont get it anymore. Im guessing PSVR is probably worse because there is less actual movement. Racing games work good because the inside of the car is stationary, when the whole screen moves and you aint moving in real life it gets HAIRY on the equilibrium

But vr is worth it for the porn alone lol

Geno 06-06-2018 03:04 AM

So i bought it along with resident evil 7. And HOLY FUCk DUDE. Its pretty goddamn amazing. Bout to cop that elder scrolls 5 just for the vr experience. Ive never played any elder acrolls but have heard nothing but good talk about them especially from uh-oh on here. But also reading elsewhere to. Since ES5 is VR compatible im gonna grab it. Also wanna grab that batman arkham VR joint.. Should be nuts. But anyway. Yeah. That VR shit was well worth the 200. Investment. Fucking half of what it used to be.. Anyhow yeah. Im hoping i can easily jump into ES5 without playing any previous games and not be totally lost as far as storuline and how to actually play the game goes. Should be a nice tutorial since its VR like the re7 has. That RE7 is fucking frightening. Little bitch ran up on me with a chainsaw and cut my fucking left hand off. Then i found the glock 9mm and buss her head piece bout a dozen times until she dropped. This "Daddy" charscter i keep killing who keeps coming back is tough. Muhfucking stay swinging at me with large objects. Its fun as fuck though. Visuals could be a little better at times. This ES5s visuals look amazing though which is a major.reason i want to buy it just immerse into the geographic layout of it.. So in closing.. as a whole.id say its a pretty awesome experience and for 200 bucks well.worth it.

Its really wierd taking the shit off and returning to normality idk for.me walking around and shit feels goofy as fuck after using the VR for a good amount of.time. all easily dealt.with though in my case. Glad that motion sickness shit didnt hit me hars.

Its fucking amazing an definately best gamw for psvr thus far an i was never a fan of the RS series tbh

Adreniline was jacked first time i played

Motion sickness is loads worse on Skyrim.

Hut you can fiddle settings to reduce the cause of it

Personally id rather play elder scrolls as normal. Games amazing an would port really well on vr in theory but it gave me seriously bad motion sickness even though RE7 didnt give me any

uh-oh 06-06-2018 05:46 AM

yea i havent tried skyrim vr yet because im mainly burned out from it, and ain't trying to buy it AGAIN. i already own 2 versions of it on steam (special edition was free i think because i owned the original but they're two seperate games)

but fallout VR was what was most challenging for me. as far as motion sickness. i used the teleport movement for awhile, but even that was a little jarring so i just changed it to the scrolling movement, where you glide along.

my problem too is i have the VIVE, which is room size VR or whatever, so i have to stand. with psvr you can be seated right? that might make it better too on you. for me i'm standing in the middle of my room, so i'm doing alot of crouching and turning and spinning, its too hands on, but not enough if that makes sense. so a game like fallout or skyrim was rough because to loot stuff you basically touch it with the controller, so if you're in a room in game you gotta move to the stuff, oh there is a box under this shelf, i have to actually crouch in real life to reach it

but all the limited movement like that which gets tiring after an extended period of time, really gets FUCKY when you travel distances in game. because your standing in place, and when you start moving your body isn't so its almost like being on a carpet or something that someone is pulling. like you feel like you're being pulled through the world

and your brain is like WTF i've been POISONED.

so i had to take breaks from it. but i never actually got sick, just felt terrible for a half hour or so until i came back to reality.

so skyrim could be cool, the problem i see with it is no guns like fallout has. you're gonna be doing alot of hacking and slashing physically, and combining that with moving its like wtf. in fallout i can basically move to a spot of cover where there is a bunch of enemies and shoot the shit out of everything letting it come to me

it made the game 10 times more dope as far as thats concerned. simple shit like mole rat enemies bursting out of the ground near you was more crazy. the zombies that jog at you and leap and shit feel that much more hectic

but again the downfall is movement. with psvr it might be better because you don't have to actually move around the room. but these games have there ups and downs. i think resident evil was made with VR in mind, where skyrim and fallout just were ported over.

but yo you gotta get a PS video app and get into the world of VR porn doggie. find some HD downloads and bug out. probably have to google a bunch to figure out how to do it on the PSVR but i'm pretty sure you can because on the sites i download vids PSVR is mentioned like vive/oculus/samsung etc

Geno 06-06-2018 07:16 AM

Ya psvr u sit and the analog sticks do all the moving for you. You just turn your head to see whats to the right or leftnof whatever room your in. The actual movement sounds like a while different level imo. But i dig the fact that im not getting a workout while im trying to game. Idk if id enjoy my gaming as much if i had to indiana jones it all the time. Thats some wild shit. But word i feel what your saying now. Idk i thought u were an xbox or ps gamer. Sounds to me now like ur a pc gamer? Im still not clear on that. But ya im gonna grab skyrim. And i alrdy have fallout 4 i wonder if its psvr compatible now. Hmmm. Ive deleted my game so id start over anyway. Might retry it if its vr compatible. Idk if it is though. Have to admit i wasnt abhuge fallout 4 fan then i liked it a bit as i got into it then i disliked it again. Idk. The gameplay just isnt my cup of tea. But vr would be dope have to admit.

uh-oh 06-06-2018 11:30 AM

Yea im PC i got the htc vive

Id prefer to sit down until all movement is implemented. Like an omnidirectional treadmill or something would make it work. But as it is now its just moving within a 12x12 square and teleporting/gliding

But yea it takes away from it when doing anything typical of video games. There is a pretty dope vr golf, there are a bunch of cool minigame type things like ping pong and shit that is doper than i thought it would be. But for the most part im trying to CHILL and burn hours of my life lol
