Rules

Due Dates:

• Verses are due FRIDAY,
• Voting ends SUNDAY,
• Battles that lack votes may close later.
• One sided battles may get closed early.
• Extensions are normally 24 hours
  (unless requested otherwise, that is),
  can be no longer than 48 hours
  and have to be granted by your opponent.

Line Limit:

• Min. = 10 lines
• Max. = 30 lines
• The max. can be higher if different is agreed upon by both. If no line agreement is made you CANNOT go above 24 lines

General Rules:

• 1st person to post can't edit after the 2nd person posts.
• 2nd person to post can't edit after a vote has been made.
• Feeding = DQ.
• Recycling = DQ.
• Biting = DQ.
• No freeposting, swaying or bitching.
• Unless a picture battle is agreed upon,
  linking to your opponent's picture or posting it
  means you will disqualified.
• A check in IS mandatory -- if there's no check in by Friday, you will be replaced.
• Competitors should agree on a line limit in their check in.
• If no line limit is agreed on, then the 2nd person to post
  must match the 1st person's line amount.

this is actually cool quotes. but i feel like infiltration other 2 bars could've been quoted & i was on the verge of that. I personally liked everything in his verse minus the bar after he quoted karaoke from the mag interview.
Kara had quote bars like every other bar it seemed. but his non quotes i didn't really dig too much. idk if Karaoke needs a rest or what, because i feel the last time i read a pwrful verse from him was when he ethered Brokes existences lol.

depending on pref, it maybe diff for others. some might feel inf od on the kara nameplays seeing they could be considered played against Karaoke. Tyipcially i'd agree, but i actually thought he did a gd job w.them here. coo battle but

yall definitly didnt disappoint..

im a fan of current event/relevant punches so this was littered with quotes to me. Inf mighta been a bit more diverse with his scheme in disses as far as incorporating wordplay, discussion, personals n cliches but kar came at the throat in this one n left a lastin impression.

Extremely fucking close..smh. Tough call for Me, read this shit 3x already, I'm leaning slightly for KK tho, both are the homies, but KK's was a bit harsher w/ the punches, VOTE KARAOKE.

IDK man, this battle wasn't impressive by any means. I had high expectations for this. Again, I don't think Karaoke's inspired or motivated at this point. His verse just seem light as where he usually consistent and harsh with some personal attacks. INF on the other hand is still getting in his own mental way here. I think he over complicates his concepts the majority of the time which is why his wording is rocky, at times. Kerri bar was a great concept but his execution fell flat, to me. Lacked that harshness to leave an impact. As far as punches - Even tho most were simple/basic and lacked creativity and wit - Karaoke did the better job. And due to the lack of wit, creativity and simplicity - his wording was A LOT CLEANER and sharp. So with that said, I guess I'll edge it to Karaoke BARELY.

Thought caricature was a reach
Didn’t like the Nika line
The spray/infested concept is old but the Roundup tie in made it a bit better
Didn’t like the Broke line
Thought the closer was dope


Rick Ross was too simple
Adonis was good
Death Wish was simple
Haunted House was ok
Confrontation too simple
Didn’t really like vicious cycle or the closer

I got Infiltrate here. Thought Karaoke was way too simple. He’s always straight forward but not like this. His punches usually have a bit more sting. He obviously rushed this. I didn’t think Infiltrate killed this either but enjoyed his verse a bit more. Thought he also had lotb in the closer.

3-2 Karaoke

Mmmm... do i have to explain? Ima go with karaoke. I preferred his straightforwardness, just because i felt like infiltrate really stretched a lot of the wordplay. At least to the point where I had to stop reading several times to try and sound out and figure out what he meant.

I’ve seen some karaoke verses much harder than this one. But he edged it.

Inf, you weren’t bad at all. I feel like you need to simplify or find a way to deliver your wordplay a bit better. The concepts could’ve worked.

yo fr I thought inf verse was crazy/ and that's saying something because his shit been wack to me for the past couple months but I thought he showed up for this one w way doper concepts here...kar felt lazy to me and didn't have his usual harshness....granted there isn't really shit for personals on inf which is likely why but word I had inf just being better overall.

but i honestly think inf had the bettter stand outs here imo.
this could go either way honestly, comes down to style preference
& i thought inf was more creative, props to both, this was a good battle.
