Dunno what chi is... I miss good BBQ though. Lived in kansas city for awhile... theres a BBQ joint on every corner and even the ones that weren't world renowned or big names were fucking fire. I was raised in NY, basically nothing there as far as BBQ that I was aware of. Live in Michigan now and there is literally fucking nothing. I can make better ribs than anything I've ever had here and i'm not expert.

Miss me some bbq... and by bbq i'm talking ribs... pulled pork.. brisket etc.. not just some bratwursts or whatever.
