i've competed but there's little point at my age. i wish i'd started younger when i first had a chance to in my early 20s when i still lived up north, just couldn't afford it at the time. most of my time is spent coaching/teaching more than anything.

go to your local gym and lmk how it goes. first class or first week are usually free at most places, especially out in middle of nowhere ohio.
