If its purple and muddy then u got the right kind. All the other shit is garbage, yellow, red, etc. Pour a duece(2oz) in a 20 ounce sprite shake it and then sip not guzzle. If u have a high tolerance for drugs then put a 4 in but no more cause u are wasting it son. Smoke a blunt or a joint while sipping and u will be stuck. I don't think any of these other niggas ever tried it if they calling it cough syrup yes politically correct but the codine mixed with promethazine is on another level.

codeine is an opiate, so its obv stronger, but its the weakest opiate goings
promethazine is an antihistamine, antimetic, and antitussive, so it drys out ur breathing passageways, and also has a drowsy affect.

when taking in combo the promethazine occupies teh cyp450p hepatic enzyme in the liver, thereby increasing plasma levels of the codeine, also the drowsyness factor adds to the opiate affect.
