they got one this weekend called the 'Best in the World'

i dont know exactly how it works but basically they put a LOT of work in, might be something we could look to do at one point?

they interview both competitors

do a video mag covering each matchup

text/topicals/audio the whole thing over one weekend

It has the best song section I've ever seen as far as activity, even better than rapmusic in it's heyday.

I'm signed up to compete in the Best In The World thing for a song battle. I believe they will be posting everything tomorrow. Although the graphics may not be top notch, the video may seem corny, and the people are overly nice... they really have a good structure at putting it all together, like clockwork.

They don't just get like 10+ new tracks day to day, people actually get about 6 solid responses. Everyone, not just the people who been there long enough to know one another.

Rapmusic, RB, everywhere else I been, if nobody knew you, good luck getting more than a few responses.

RapMusic used to get 20-40 tracks a day.

RB is the worst for buddy-buddy feedback circles.

Haha yea I'm on RR, that's where I started last year. It's more suited for long bar so the style is completely different. I've brought some short bar over there, though, but in "big matches" double punching long bar usually wins out.
