Robin Williams found dead at 63.

http://insidemovies.ew.com/2014/08/1...ms-dead-at-63/

"According to a press release issued by the Marin County Coronor’s office, the Sheriff’s office suspects the death to be “suicide due to asphyxia.” The 9-1-1 phone call came in just before noon today."

Thats sad man the guy was such a positive influence this world needed. Good Will Hunting/What Dreams May Come were his best IMO.

RIP.

Lol he's a person too, a millionaire no doubt...and a great actor who it sounds like hung himself. He's on drugs so what? Lots of people are on drugs. It's sad because I feel like he was a good person and to do that he must have gone through intense psychological turmoil.

Did he have kids, a family? If so he's selfish and doesn't deserve respect. He basically committed murder and you sad over this? Get it together.

i'll just repost my fb status:

Say hi to George, Mitch, Bill, Richard, and the rest of the Comedy Mount Rushmore you belong with. Depression and substance abuse are dangerous demons. Ask Dr. Thompson when you meet him.

Wherever you sent yourself, Robin Williams, I bet they're putting on one heck of a show.

RIP.

Seymour BUTTS 08-11-2014 08:30 PM

Comedy Rushmore does not include him, no offense.

They are still alive last I checked.

Bill hasn't earned his way into it yet though. It's the ones who transcend comedy (like Carlin and Williams) that get that designation. And I love Bill - saw him when he was nobody and when he was somebody.

Dead Poets Society is one of my favourite films.

rest in peace.

PancakeBrah 08-11-2014 08:38 PM

Bill Burr > Dave Chapelle

Chapelle gets the 10% boost from white audience guilt trying to seem in with the darkies.

Comedy Rushmore = Richard Pryor, Chris Rock, Andy Kaufmann, George Carlin...

Please exit this thread bc RW was clearly not one of the best in standup or movies...

The fact that you have Chris Rock up there.. a guy who had one good routine. Iconic, sure, but just the one. .

And your claim he didn't have one of the best standup routines tells me you never saw anything of his from the 70s

He is also one of the most successful comedian-actors in the history of film

I can't

Not taking this bait

Go lose the rest of your "fortune" on penny stocks you miserable piece of shit
