I sort of kind of passed on these. I wasn't sure if from the beginning I was going to be into the black speckle and sure enough, I don't think I am. My brother tried to get my pair along with his but when he told me he couldn't I wasn't as bummed as i thought I'd be. I was already making an exception because they are lows as well.

They aren't ugly per say but that extra in the back wasn't even necessary. It turned me off
