21 days of being on your grind. Oh it's summer you bemoan? Think about some fly shit you could be doing next summer if you maxed your potential. My summers are spent traveling, I'll be in Taiwan beginning of Sept.

If any of you live in a state that gets snow and you're scrapping ice off your car in -19F weather in the winter say fuck that!! Travel in the winter. Be a person of value.

I would say several variations of calf raises would be the way to go. I would say the most affective is donkey calf raises, standing and sitting calf raises are good as well and my favorite is the leg press calf raise mostly because I feel I can get the heaviest weight on there.

I haven't been to the gym like I should...I've been on my fatty game. -_-
