The point I was trying to make is that on this website, our comments about the battle shouldn't have anything to do with the color of our skin. Also, if you continued to read, most people agree that Solomon lost so pay attention to what's being said.

And I'm very much aware that racial battles are pretty much one sided. Perfect example is the Jin vs Serious Jones battle. Totally one sided because Serious used nothing but racial attacks against Jin in a room full of black people, knowing damn well Jin couldn't respond with that kind of attack.

Anywho, back on subject... Still was a wack battle to me. Just my opinion. And I'm white.

I don't buy the whole race thing. Yes, black dudes can get at other races in ways that other races can't get at black dudes, but battling is about being smart with the angles you take. I think Real Deal had some great racist lines against Ness Lee that didn't cross the line, just have to be the smarter MC. Smack events always have a wack crowd that you have to cater to, just have to know how to cater to them. Soul Khan vs. fox was a perfect example - yes Fox is terrible but Soul won the crowd by proving he knows NY hip hop and giving it shout outs the whole first verse. Same thing with when he went overseas.
