I know places like New York and Chicago are impossible but for a state allows TN is rough. Granted in AZ I was allowed to open carry with nothing. But had to sit through an 8 hr class that was 75 bones, then go to the dmv and fill out another paper and pay them 115. Then make an appointment for finger printing.

@werD look at Chicago. Its illegal to carry yet has the most crime related to guns. If they made that shit legal less people would be getting stuck up and shot. If the criminals know your not armed it makes it easier for them. Theres a recent video though of an off duty cop who was pumping gas and this dude game up on him with 2 friends amd a pistol. The cop started handing him his keys, wallet etc. Well the last time he reached back he grabbed his glock and shot dude point blank. That shit made me proud tbh

Got a .380. In kentucky u can carry without a license as long as it legally belongs to u and it is visible. I want to get my conceal license tho but i dont know why i see no reason to. Would rather it be at the crib just incase wife needs it when im not around.

@TYSON Im on the TN KY border. I like KYs laws better. If you ever do plan on carrying outside though I suggest the concealed permit. But if your just using it for the wife and home defense there is no point

I also dont want to be put in a situation that I would have to defend myself in court and face charges because I defended myself. The only thing negative i have to say about carrying guns is most carry to compensate, overcompensate really. Which to me leads to alot of the dumb things people do with guns.

I semi agree. Theres abviously going to be those people who carry because they think its cool and theyd most likely be the ones to open carry even with the ability to conceal lol. But MOST of the people ive met who do are very responsible and share a good amount of the same beliefs and views that I do.
