Only time I ever got 3%, was probably with in my 1st week of employment. Then smashed the tops salesmen in every company I worked for, they bumped my shit from 5 - 7%. Eventually they got tired of me raping the company so they tried to promote me and make me salary and shit so they didn't have to payout in commission anymore, lol.
