deadlifted 315 and benched 225 today. Obligatory brah thread.
Feeling large.
Reset my squat....but by the time my dead lift is at 405 i hope to have it at 315 I think i may start needing straps soon.... When do u brahs lose grip on deads? I go double overhand until like 275 then need to alternate my grip to over under Oh yea....bench is 3x5 Dead 1x5 |
I don't deadlift anymore. Maxed 4 plates but I fucked up my back doing a non-lifting activity and it's not worth the risk to me anymore. I never used straps. Some people do it for max attempts only which is respectable. But for rep work I would suggest against it and just do some grip work if it starts failing. My opinion, others disagree.
Hitting 2 plates on bench is a great feeling. Doing it for 10+ was a big milestone for me. Good job. Keep up the progress. |
watch combine vids as they come out of dudes hitting 225 30+times and realize that you doing it is useless

I suck at bowling. I was drunk as fuck and lost a bunch of money betting on bowling last night. Like, quite a bit of money. I threw a lot of gutter balls. Like, in the gutter halfway down the lane. I would pause and look at every one as it rolled down the gutter and then do an exaggerated fist pump when it was in the bowling ball pit of death. It was not fun, though. I did not do good.
