australia and new zealand are oceania.

I always thought Oceania was Polynesia, Micronesia and the other one, and Australia wasn't part of it. But looking now, Wikipedia says A) the other one is Melanesia, B) Australia and New Zealand's inclusion is common though not entirely agreed upon, and C) some argue Oceania extends all the way to Hawaii.
