the concept was solid, but wording was slightly off putting. The initial information was disposable, and didnt help in expanding on or lulzifying your concept. The final line is effective in parodying and undermining the social apprehension that your concept is inspired by. It is also representative of your character in a way. good artistic touch.

when i'm in a social situation wherein i'm surrounded by white people ('rap' or THE HIP HOP would never be playing) i ask myself why... then remind myself university is probably a good thing and i shouldn't alter my intonations to stand out less because i stand out, even if the heightened attention is disquieting, yet a subtle change in register is permissible.

That's because you're decidedly on Team Black despite your skin color.

I don't think I've ever said it out loud...I have never really had a reason to, sometimes when white people say it, it feels like "look at how edgy I am"...sometimes it is funny tho, it all depends on the context, same as any word...no word by itself is a 'bad' word.

If it isn't said with racist intentions then it isn't racist, and the word nigger is no worse than any derogatory term for any minority.
