Word, I was much better at defense in 13. I had schemes and shit. I could shut shit down if I knew what was coming. 25 seems more arcadish so far.

It's not so much the formations as it is AI. They are terrible at reacting on defense.
For example a MLB on QB spy will literally just stand frozen until the receiver gets the ball, THEN finally move and pursue the ball carrier when it's too late
And DB's will just stop sometimes near the sidelines as if there were a magical force field

when you played ppl online they called the worst ones, over and over, the same zone each time

there are two that work brilliantly tho, but only because of the blitz thats involved

personally, I follow a strict no in-game rule policy. you should be able to do whatever the game lets you do

I always use the steelers tho. every madden. every yr. ppl get stacked teams (I know you are actually a fan of sea tho) but it doesn't matter against a real madden player

not to come at you but I already know you can't be too real if you think the teams matter that much

with real madden players they kinda don't

Teams do kinda matter though. I could take advantage of the depth chart in game and exploit your worst o lineman and pile up sacks
