I know Torrey smith isn't a #1 receiver but I hope he can learn to run routes and actually catch tough passes consistently. I know Ed Dickson is only a blocking TE but they still throw to him so I hope one day he can learn to catch, turn get hit and hold on to the ball.

I haven't been in here talking up my team because I can openly admit it's been hard to watch them this year. Their stock is in pass when their strength is ground, their D spends way to much time on the field because their clock control has been awful to say the least. No one has stepped up to take that Ray Lewis leadership role. Joe flacco has weapons of mass confusion on the field right now.

But I'm optimistic they can put together a solid game plan to get ray rice more touches even in the pass game and find a good way to utilize the TE and receivers they have to work with.

I'm sure Eddie feels the same way . We use to be at each other's throats during football season but this year we have both been quiet because we both know are teams are a working progress

Steelers going 12-4 is highly unlikely since their D is shaky and they really don't have a great offense ... Our 3/4 of our division looking frail and shaky right now, wouldn't been surprised if the bengals kept their pace and took the north easy this year their playing like they want it more then anyone. Traditionally we've always had two playoff teams in our division but either the ravens or steelers going to have to turn it around quick if the bengals keep it up and we want to slide into a wild card slot

our D looked shaky the week we got our O back which was against the Vikings where we had two starters re-added to the line-up it was their first game back and they were rusty

the next week we looked dominate on D as we should

and yesterday we owned the Ravens. yesterday was the first time we looked dominate all year

at the end of the second qt heath miller fumbled a pass @ the 50 which had he not done we had a chance to go up either 13-3 or 17-3 before halftime but instead gave up a FG making it 10-6

@Swerve if we did make it to the playoffs who exactly is the sure SB rep? there isn't one in the AFC and with our D going to the SB is never out of the question

we won the SB against the seahawks as a #6 seed in the AFC

even if hoyer didnt get hurt the same problems would resurface. there receivers drop as many as they catch, and there lack of run game makes it impossible to sustain drives, so the defense that is topnotch ends up getting exhausted and beat

our receiving game is looking a little better tho. bumass dallas clark seems more comfortable in the offense

but word our offense is still trashbags without a run game. flacco can't do it all when his only receiver that SHOULD be starting is torrey smith, and he's a 2. not a 1. jacoby jones is a 3 at BEST. but he has been looking better. still hasnt shown me enough tho, dallas clark is a second string tight end at best. ed dickson too, him going in the 1 role completely showed his weaknesses. he's coming on now, but he's the number 2 guy behind clark. where he's comfortable and not getting XX amount of balls a game

he is good, but last i checked a tight end doesnt singlehandedly win games. once defenses start gameplanning for him they are back to being nothing.

gordon is solid but he struggles with drops. little is braylon edwards 2.0. specialises in drops. when he does make a catch he acts like he won the super bowl
