I have not slept in nearly 24 hours, so I will keep this more concise than typical for me lol.

I am proud to be a part of this community, and am excited to be in a position to influence positive change in collaboration with you.

Anyone that knows me knows I love this shit, and I love the people that are confident enough with THEMSELVES to admit it. I think there is more to admire in our individual skills and personalities --- and more potential in our collective aptitudes --- than we’ve even begun to realize... let alone tap into.

So feel free to keep doing what you're doing -- OR think outside the box, batch up your ideas and we’ll figure out how to work together to realize our potential. At the end of the day, this is for us – I’m just the dude that has to foot the bills now.

Will have some pretty solid updates to come within the next week re: the plan.

Taking a PEOPLE -> PROCESS -> PRODUCT approach, and just gotta make sure the current leadership team is on-board with some very general principles. As long as they are, we can begin chewing one another's heads off again and start involving the community in some pretty novel ideas as well.

Good things to come, just gotta know who i got and who i don't :)
